Replacement Warranty
Company provides to Dealer or end customer a 30 days warranty upon receipt of shipment. Dealer / End customer should open and inspect all shipment within this time frame.
- Any claim for warranty shall be void unless it complies fully with the claim procedure specified by Company.
- Shipping cost for warranted parts shall not be covered.
- Dealer/End customer shall return items that are replaced under warranty upon Company’s request. Responsibility for such shipping cost shall be negotiated between Company’s and Dealer depending on particular cases.
- Company reserves the right of making final decisions on unusual warranty issues.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
- The dealer shall intimate claim within 30 days from receipt.
- The dealer has to send photographs of the defect and provide reason for the rejection. In case photograph is not sufficient, the dealer to send sample of the same.
- Slight Variation in color shade and gsm variations of +/- 5% GSM are exempted.
- Company suggest TCI XPS, GATI & DTDC for hassle free shipments. Breakage of box packing will be covered under these transporters. In case of dealer suggested transporter, warranty is void if box packing is opened or items stolen. We will try to help you get a claim with our freight insurance policy. It is the sole discretion of our freight insurer’s company to extend such claim.
