Lint free Mop

Lint free wipes and mops are essential for maintaining high cleanliness standards in controlled environments. Our cleanroom packed mops are suitable for Class 100 to 10000 (ISO 5-7) and meet USFDA, MHRA, and GMP standards. They are food grade and autoclavable, ensuring safety and effectiveness in various cleanroom applications. Our mops are also available in sterile versions and have been tested at NABL Certified Labs.

Cleanroom Mopping Systems are designed with precision, ensuring package integrity with the exact count of wipes as mentioned on the pack. A variety of sizes are available to suit most applications.

  • Outer Material: 100% polyester knitted lint free fabric
  • Stuff Inside the mop: PU Sponge or Nonwoven wipe material
  • Absorption: More than 300% liquid of its own weight
  • Rate Of Absorbency: Less than 1 second
  • Color: White and Blue
  • Basis Weight of the cloth: 90, 110, 130 GSM
  • Stuffing material: Absorbent Nonwoven of 70 GSM
  • Lint free: Less than 30 counts of 25 micron above particles (Gelbo test method)
  • Cutting and Stitching: Thermobond technology and a ‘No Thread’ process to prevent lint or loose threads; stitched mop also available
