Advanced Payment:

  • For custom size orders, full payment is required upfront to begin production.

  • For standard size orders, payment is due when the goods are ready for dispatch.

2. Lead Times

Dispatch Dates:

  • We commit to providing dispatch dates within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • For new designs or materials, additional lead time may be required.

3. Freight and Shipping

Freight Charges:

  • Domestic shipments – We are partnered with reputed freight forwarders.

  • International shipments - Air and sea modes through reputed freight forwarders.

  • Frieght charges are normally included unless you arrange your own pick up.

Tracking Information:

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you on the next business day after shipment.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

All orders must meet our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.
